Responsibilities:

• Sell insurance products to direct inbound callers (and in some instances making outbound calls) by gathering data from customers to generate quotes and ultimately bind the business.
• Educate customers regarding coverages and cost so that the customer can select the most appropriate option.
• Educate customers on benefits of self service, paperless, and automated payments.

Requirements:

• Education - High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have at least one license in either property, casualty, life or health, and is willing to get fully-licensed. Completion of required additional training.
• Experience in P&C, L&H insurance
• Direct sales skills and ability to close a sale
• Ability to establish strong customer relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong PC and software skills required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
